Sports Performance



Jump Start 1 and 2

  The junior program sessions focus on general motor development for our youngest athletes. These sessions focus on running techniques, body weight strength training, endurance, flexibility, and improvement in self-esteem.

Acceleration/Top Speed

  The main portion of these sessions focus on the signature Parisi straight-ahead acceleration and top speed running techniques. These sessions are all begun with the dynamic warm up and conclude with the dynamic cool down.

Changing Directions

  The main portion of these sessions focus on agility and an athlete’s ability to move in any direction quickly. These sessions are all begun with the dynamic warm up and conclude with the dynamic cool down.

Lower Body Strength

  These sessions focus on strength training exercises and strength training information for the lower body, We have found that the strength development here is critical to producing faster, less injury prone athletes.

Upper Body Strength

  These sessions focus on strength training exercises and strength training information for the upper body.



 

In-Season/Beginner Package

 

Includes: 2 Strength Sessions per week
  Total of 8 Sessions per month
  Goal: To maintain total body strength and power though out an individual’s season. Also  a good starter package for those athletes interested in getting started in a strength-training program.

Bronze Package

 

 Includes: 3 Strength Sessions per week
  Total of 12 Sessions per month
  Goal: An off-season training program for athletes looking to increase overall strength and power development.

Silver Package

Includes:  3 Strength Sessions per week
  1 Parisi Speed Session per week
  Total of 16 Sessions per month
  Goal: An off-season program designed to increase overall strength and power as well as dramatically increasing footwork and agility.

Gold Package

 

Includes: 4 Strength Sessions per week
  1 Parisi Speed Session or
  2 Mitochondria Recovery Sessions
  Total of 20 Strength/Parisi Sessions per month
  Total of 24 Strength/Parisi Recovery Sessions
  Goal: An off-season program designed to increase Strength, Power, and Speed dramatically. By using a combination of Strength/Speed Training sessions, and recovery sessions this will allow athletes to make unprecedented gains in all aspects of athleticism.



Total Conditioning

Parisi Birthday Party!

  10-15 Kids
1 hour of fun, safe, active training with a game focus. After words, a 30-60 minute after party in private party room.

Monday - Friday: 5:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sundays: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
