How many kids will be in my child’s group?

Total Conditioning = 10-15 kids max
Strength = 3 kids max
Camp = Varies by need

What hours can I schedule my children?

Scheduling is done every hour from start to finish.
            Monday-Friday = 330 PM - 8:30 PM
            Saturday and Sunday = 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

How many times can my child train per week and what is optional?

There is no limit on the amount of times your child can take Parisi Total Conditioning Classes. They can come everyday if they like. To receive the minimum benefit your child should try and train at least two times per week.

What is the difference between the Total conditioning and the Sports Performance Program and which is the best for my child?

Total Conditioning is a total body conditioning workout focusing on cardiovascular fitness. Theses workouts are performed in larger groups, are faster paced and non-stop for 50 minutes. Sports Performance Program classes are based on individualized instruction and education using customized workouts in small groups.

What is best if my child is not an athlete and they are just looking to get in shape?

If you are looking to get your child in great shape then Total Conditioning is the best program. There are three different levels to Total Conditioning and you do not have to be an athlete to participate. The higher the level, the more challenging the workout.

When are the Total Conditioning Classes offered and do I have to pre-schedule my child to attend?

There are three different levels of Total Conditioning Classes that are offered everyday at various times. You can pre-schedule your child for these Classes during times that work for you. Our Parisi staff will accommodate your schedule.

What is the Total Strength Program?

Total Strength offers a strength training circuit for beginners ages 13 and above, and a more advanced routine for veteran Parisi strength training athletes. Personal Parisi trainers are available as well for a more customized routine.

What results can I expect?

Improved self-esteem, increased love of sports, increased training knowledge, improved coordination, technique and overall conditioning. A parent should remember that the four above listed results are most important to us. We want athletes to improve and feel better about themselves. When this occurs, we know that an athlete is going to have a better chance of continued participation in sports that can provide a wealth of great experiences in their lifetime.
